Minimum Charge £14.00

We accept payment by the following: credit/debit card, bank transfer, cheque and cash. Please note: we do not accept cash payments for refundable deposits.

Children’s birthday parties – £14.00 per hour

Please note: For Children’s birthday parties, there is also a £50.00 refundable security deposit, payable in advance, to cover any extra costs incurred to the Nynehead Memorial Hall for any loss or damage, non-removal of rubbish, or any extra cleaning required following the event

Adult Parties – £150.00

On the day 4pm-12:30am (inc. 2 hours set up time)
Following day (clear up) 9.00-11am

Wedding Package – £325.00

Wedding Eve (set up), 6.00pm-11pm
Wedding Day, 9.00am-12.30am
Following day (clear up), 9.00am-11.30am

Please note: For large events e.g. adult birthday parties, wedding receptions etc there is also a £200.00 refundable security deposit, payable in advance, to cover any extra costs incurred to the Nynehead Memorial Hall for any loss or damage, non-removal of rubbish, or any extra cleaning required following the event. Charges for other large events to be discussed with the bookings secretary.

Day Bookings – £14.00 per hour

Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm
Saturday, 9am-6pm
Bookings can be before 9am, by arrangement

Evening Bookings – £14.00 per hour

Monday – Thursday, from 6pm
Friday & Saturday from 6pm

Sunday Bookings – £14.00 per hour

9am-6pm (Restricted: no loud music)
6pm-10pm (At management discretion)

The above rates may be reduced for both regular users and users not requiring use of kitchen facilities, please contact the bookings secretary to discuss.

Committee Meetings (up to 2 hours) – £24.00
History Society, Garden Club, AA & Council Meetings – £24.00
Election – £200.00
